“If you knew how much I loved you you’d cry of joy.”

The Worry Stone Project

The worry stones were thought to be first used in Greece, later to be translated into prayer beads. The rosary that is commonly used in Catholicism found its roots from the worry stones. That is why we found the Greek prayer fitting to accompany the worry stones.

The worry stones are thought by many experts to relieve anxiety in both children and adults.

Our mission for this project is to give each one of the 611 children who lost their parents a worry stone to welcome them into the United States. We will also provide a blog so that they can eventually communicate through one another provided by Still Life Ceramics and Rap Cities Artists.
